The Meaning of Discipleship
Homework Assignment (Due Sunday, via email) Ask someone who knows you well to name an area of your life where you need to grow. For the rest of the week, ask God for practical ways to grow in that area. Put them into practice. What is due: Type a 1-2 page reflection. Email it to Pastor David (david@crosswalkds.com).
Memory Verse (Will be on Quiz Friday) "If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it. For what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses or forfeits himself?” (Luke 9:23-25 ESV)
